A visualization team asks a lot of its clients to ensure it has all it needs to create an end result that surpasses a client’s expectations and makes them want to keep coming back for more. We will discuss those requirements in our December blog, but for now, let’s turn the tables.
Below you will find a list of expectations that you should have of your visualization team, no matter who you hire. And, you should expect nothing less.
1. Upon contacting the firm for a quote, you should expect to get a response within 24 hours of your inquiry, guaranteed.
2. The firm should provide you with a contract and deposit invoice so that all you have to do is sign and return the contract and cut the deposit check in order for work to commence.
3. Expect the team to agree to and follow a predetermined progress update schedule giving you ample opportunity to make comments and request adjustments.
4. Expect the team to keep you fully apprised of the of project status and expect them to meet the designated deadline.
5. Call and email to check in or to share thoughts. A firm should always allow direct access to your artist(s)/render(s) and management alike.
6. File formats for receivables should meet your particular needs. Firms will generally offer .jpg, .tiff, and .pdf files of your finished project for your ease of use.
